Fruits like apples, grapes, cherries, berries, pineapples. Any fruit which is rich in vitamin A, D, and C should always be part of your daily diet. Instead of eating junk food, you should eat fruits. They are great desserts and snacks.

Vegetables which are rich in vitamins A, K, E, and B. You should also eat a lot of leafy vegetables. Examples of vegetables that you should eat on a daily basis include spinach, lettuce, broccoli, cabbage, beans, and peas.

It will take time before those pimples stop appearing on your face. Remember that aside from diet, there are also other things that you could do to prevent pimples. For instance, you should never put your hands on your face. The hand is very dirty after all. Also, you have to keep your face clean all the time.

Washing your face once in a while is much recommended. If you need to wear make-up, you might want to apply sparingly. Make-up can also cause pimples to appear. Getting rid of pimples and preventing them from appearing might be a little hard. But remember that it is possible for any person to have a young and blemish-free face.
